Picking Up Orders with Store Pickup

How Store Pickup Works

Place your order online and pick it up for FREE as soon as today from a Daily Saves store or a Neighborhood Market. (Service available in 50 U.S. states, excludes other U.S. territories.)

How to use the service

  1. Choose store pickup when placing your order
  2. We'll confirm your order by emailing you when it’s ready
  3. Pick it up at your store’s pickup desk and show a valid photo I.D.

Items Available “Pickup Today”

Items displaying "Free Pickup Today" on the website will be available within 4 hours from the time you place your order. Orders placed after 4:00pm will be available for pick up the next day.

Items Available for “Pickup”

Items available for "Free Pickup" (that do not display "Today") will be shipped for free to your store. These items will typically be available for Pickup within 3-5 days* from when your order was placed. Heavy or oversized items shipped via freight may take longer.

Things to remember about store pickup:

  • You cannot change the pickup store once the order has been placed
  • Product assembly is not included and gift wrapping is not available
  • Products may be larger than expected due to packaging. Please consider this when choosing the vehicle you use to pick up your order

Items not eligible for store pickup

  • Perishable products
  • Products that contain hazardous materials
  • Any product weighing 350 pounds or more
  • Items sold by a Daily Saves Marketplace Retailer

Text alerts and additional pickup people

If you want to receive a text alert when your order is ready for pickup or to use mobile check-in, you can enter your mobile number during checkout, or go to “Your Account” and enter your mobile number.

You can also add the name and email address of someone else during checkout if you want them to pick up your order. After you've placed your order, you can add or change a pickup person by:

  1. Sign in to Your Account
  2. Select My Account
  3. Select the order to see the full details
  4. Select “Edit” next to the current Pickup Person
  5. Add in your Alternate Pickup Person information

It can take approximately 4 hours for your Daily Saves store to receive updated information regarding the new pickup person.

How long will you hold my order for pickup?

We will hold your order for 7 days from when your order is ready for pickup.

Can I have someone else pick up my order?

Yes! You may enter a pick up person when you purchase your order online, or edit the pick up person in your order details in Your Account after placing the order.  

Please note, it may take up to 4 hours for the new pickup person to update.

Where do I go in the store to pick up my order?

Go to the Services / Pickup desk to pick up your order.

What do I need to do to pick up my order?

Bring a Photo ID and copy of your Ready for Pickup email (or show it on your phone).
