Order not split into multiple shipments, check out these steps to request a replacement online.
Sign into located in the top right corner on dailysavesonline.com
Enter your dailysavesonline.com username and password
Locate the order under Recent Ordersor clickSee all previous orders
Once you locate the order click on See Details
Click the Start a Returnbutton
Select Return by Mailand clickContinue
Make sure the box next to the item is checked
Select the reason Missing Parts
Click Continue
SelectSend me a replacementfor this item
Click Continue
Click the Print Label button in the uppper right hand corner
Box up all accessories that came with the item in the original packaging
Remove or black out any existing labels or barcodes on the box that you're returning and attach the new label
Bring your package to a FedEx Office or a USPS office
We recommend that you insure each item before you ship it. Daily Saves cannot replace or provide credit for items lost during shipping.
Please allow 2-3 weeks for processing. Once we've processed your return, we'll refund your original method of payment, or send you a replacement.
We'll do our best to honor any requests to replace a returned item;however, if that item is out of stock at the time we receive your return, we'll issue you a refund instead.
