Meh, skip it.
Wanted to love this, but I just don’t. The mixer feels cheaply made in all aspects. I like that it’s lightweight but that doesn’t equate to quality imo. It tries dancing across the counter even with the suction cups on the bottom. The bowl is cheap/thin as well, not sure how well it will hold up. I have to literally babysit it any time I use it with the splash guard or it’ll pop open and stop. Then I have to turn the dial off, lift/lower the top and turn back on. The splash guard is difficult to use as the ingredients don’t flow in as easily as they should and makes a proper mess that isn’t so easy to clean with all the angles. Lastly, it needs to have a certain amount of ingredients or it won’t even touch them. I prefer my KA hand mixer over using it as it’s such a pain to use. Had I of known anything about the mixer before purchasing it, I wouldn’t have done so. I’ve owned the 2 products since November, I use the toaster almost daily and the mixer maybe 5 times because it annoys me. My kids enjoy it

    Diamond in the ruff! mixer beats big boys!
    This is wonderful! I recomnend it to everyone!! No need to spend 600 to 800 dollars on that fancy mixer as this one does it all and more for alittle over 100.00! Ive had all those fancy expensive mixers and this mixer beats them all!

    Good but already broken
    Purchased in March and the little piece that locks the bowl in place is already broken… I have only used it maybe 10 times ?

    Compared to the KitchenAid 7Q Artisian Mixer it’s
    The black is absolutely beautiful and chic for one. For two, I had been testing out an artesian KitchenAid 7Q mixer for a few months from a friend and needed to get mine. I was waiting for it to come into stock when I saw this. Had LOW hopes but wow! My 3 layer cake came out better than when I used the KitchenAid and I’m not kidding. For reference, for those who say it shakes on high speed (level 12) the KitchenAid only goes up to equivalent of 10 (in my opinion) so I never even needed to take it to 12 but even the “shake” is not bad at all. If I didn’t read it in reviews I wouldn’t have even thought anything. And it’s not loud to me at all. Also I thought the mouth to the dust guard was going to be too small vs the KitchenAid one which has a large opening and I thought putting ingredients in would be less convenient since it’s much closer to the bowl than the KA but it wasn’t an issue at all. All ingredients fit perfect! I just wish the dust guard was removable without having to lift the head of the mixer but minor inconvenience. At this price you can’t complain. Also too, I’ve been seeing a lot of people using it wrong. What your paying for is hands free convenience. You don’t have to stop the mixer every time you add an ingredient. Let the machine work for you! I mix my cake ingredients on low the entire time I’m adding ingredients until the end when I blast it to 10 for 30 seconds and it’s done. Oh, people said it didn’t mix the bottom of the batter and that wasn’t true for me at all. Not only that I wanted to really test it so I didn’t scrape down the sides ONCE (like you have to do the KA) and the cake was mixed BEAUTIFULLY at the end. Anyway, if you’re thinking about it GET IT. I love it and can’t wait to make pizza dough with the hook! 10/10 highly recommend!     I have used this only twice so far but, impressed! Made home made dinner rolls, ran like a champ! I'm a cafe manager who is used to industrial mixers and, no complaints yet!
