Wheel connector snapped in half on first use
We received this item a few hours ago. It was my son's birthday present (arrived a day late). It was just put together and a wheel already broke off. The plastic connector the leg rod attaches to literally snapped in half. My son is 6' and 172 lbs. This is quite unbelievable for the price. I know it is not the most expensive gaming chair, but it sure isn't a cheap office chair either. Terrible quality.

    Not a bad chair, as far as I can tell...
    It take's a bit of work to put it together. But, I didn't have any hard time doing it, other than the problem with my lower back. I had bad muscle spasm's, back in 2016. But, even I was able to get it moved from the front porch, to where it needed to be, in less than a minute. So, I can definitely say, that they send a packet of bolt's and washer's, with a few with an extra bolt's, or washer's(An extra 1 for each of the bolt's and washer's except 1, even the rubber o-ring's they sent an extra 1) in the assembly pack's. I love, how the armrest's have a hinge to them, where the older chair arm's, would be weak and vulnerable. And, it's not like the leg rest is super sturdy, but it does work and bend a bit. The leg rest, only reaches my upper calf area, which I am 6ft tall. Seem's to be a great chair, so far. Haven't had it very long. just got it today. But, I am sitting in it, right now, after I fell asleep in it, as well(LOL)...

    Good and bad
    The chair seems very nice so far, just got assembled and sat down to compose review. Not overly abundant in the padding dept for the seat but Ok so far. Seems relatively good, again this in 30 minutes of use. Bad: No instructions There are a lot of pieces in putting this together and they included nothing to help with assembly. I had to find a YouTube video of a very similar seat, I'm guessing this was a newer model and he had a booklet with instructions, must be nice. Had 4 large washers and a few screws. The screws may be extra's as the video person also had leftovers but we both had the large washers and even his instructions vever mentioned where they went. I seriously doubt they are paper weights. So if you are good at figuring out how to assemble it seems like a good chair, if not either have it assembled or look at something different. Oh and if you decide to buy the little rubber O rings go on the end of the shaft for the leg support to hold it in. And there are 3 and you only use 2.

    Good chair, good price, easy assembly
    It came two days earlier than promised, that's a plus, though I think we are getting away from the days when you considered yourself lucky if you got an online order in two weeks. Even though the instructions are simply written, if you read them over, spread out all your parts, this chair is not difficult at all to put together. So far it seems very sturdy. Nothing breaking at the slightest touch. I would suggest investing in a cheap rechargeable screwdriver and then extra tips, one that includes 5 point hexes. It will cut your assembly time in half, easily as well as it will take a lot less effort to put it together than using the hex key they provide, which will do the job, but take my word, get a rechargeable screwdriver, it will be a good investment for other projects in the home. The only con that I can come up with is that the leg rest, it is definitely not a “foot” rest, is tedious to use, you have to do it totally manually, which isn't extremely hard, but still tedious.
